Creating Certainty

We work with our clients to create the optimal financial solution, that ensures the affairs of their business, family and investments are protected against the unanticipated. Our corporate ethos is 'creating certainty', which underpins everything we do. From finding the most effective insurance or investment solution, to providing proactive advice and managing the entire claims process on your behalf.

Creating certainty extends to our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy, embedded into the Company's work processes and ethics. We are committed to:

  • Selling products that are suitable to your individual needs
  • Ensuring that the product(s) we select meets as many of your requirements as possible and to inform you of any areas in which the product fails to deliver on a specified criteria
  • Ensuring you understand the products you have purchased, including the benefits and limitations of each product
  • Advising you of other products that may benefit you

  • Creating awareness of the importance of TCF to staff, with regard to all facets of their work
  • Preparing suitable and adequate management information on a monthly basis, so the Board can recognise failures in any area of the business, and to ensure that there are adequate systems in place to ensure that failures are identified and the appropriate action is taken to rectify issues or concerns
  • Ensuring staff have an adequate method for communicating concerns to the Board, ensuring these concerns are recognised and that appropriate action is taken
